Self care isn't always binging on chocolate and watching movies all day, (although sometimes, these days are needed). Sometimes, self care is going to bed early, eating a nourishing meal, or simply taking the time to just be - sitting in silence, noticing the curve on the ceiling, laying down in the grass without any distractions. Asking yourself how you are doing and then listening. Striving towards finally making the tough choices that will benefit you in the long run, instead of satisfying your short term impulses and desires.
